Directv Video Player Problem Solving

Sep 24, 2018 @Alinam wrote. I have the same problem, 2 months ago i was able to watch directv on my laptop. Tired of speaking to agents that do not have a solution. New android usb cable. I finally filed a complaint 2 days ago with the FCC, they are on top of AT&T now. Today i finally received a call from AT&T inquiring what was the problem. If your receiver doesn't turn on, there might be a problem with the receiver's power supply. Follow these steps to make sure your receiver is getting power. Check the receiver's power supply. Make sure your TV is turned on. Press the Power button on the front panel of your receiver. If your receiver doesn't turn on, continue to the next. Jul 13, 2015 - The error I get from DirecTV is nothing specific, just 'Sorry, we've run into a problem. Restart your video player.' (Meaning no error code given.) - The same error is happening on two browsers, Chrome and Safari. In short I have the player installed and I have Adobe Flash installed but it will not play any shows. I bought these surface 3 tablets because I wanted a full version of Windows 10 and thought that I'd be able to stream DirecTV with that from the DirecTV website since there is no app from Microsoft for DirecTV. Sep 01, 2014 Try downloading the player from the link that Mike. has provided in his/her response and check if you are able to download and install or not. Method 2: Try installing the player in compatibility mode and check if it helps. This is to check if the issue is caused due to any compatibility issues or not.

Directv Player Keeps Prompting To Install

Hello, I think I originally posted this to the wrong community forum, so I'll try describing my issue here:
My PC has Windows 10 and latest Adobe Flash Player installed. My PC also has the latest DirecTV_player.exe app installed. When I try watching DirecTV on my PC, the video player app doesn't work want to work with my Microsoft Edge browser. When I try watching online, the app starts a loading sequence, then it tells me that something went wrong and to 'restart the video player'. I restart the video player, then it starts the loading sequence again, then tells me something went wrong and to restart the video player, again. For as many times as I restart the video player, the problem repeats! So does the video player work with Microsoft Edge? If not, is this a browser problem, or a defect with the video player app?
This question, 'DirecTV Video Player work with Microsoft Edge?,' is about DirecTV channels, programming, equipment, and sports.
